Mellow Haze 20 Was in the area and thought I have to try cloud 9 as it’s been on the list for a while. Sat on the swing and ordered mellow haze. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in a savacco pot, just amazing the shisha banged hard! The seating was comfortable we were smoking and swinging, the vibe was nice although we went early the lounge is nice with the finer details, great music and screens all over the lounge. Service was excellent and the price come on you can’t go wrong with that, absolutely loved it. Will be going back soon to try food and have another good quality smoke. Definitely recommended I would say one of the best in the area.
As I write this review I’m sitting in cloud nine drinking the most incredible espresso martini I’ve ever had!! The service from the waiters alone is second to none! In the uk this kind of attention to detail is hard to find... we’ve had the mixed grill and when I say the meat fell apart like butter I’m not joking!! This really is a hidden gem!! The food is SPECTACULAR!! We also enjoyed a tikka masala., that was Devine.... Honestly don’t sleep on this place!! You will not regret coming here.. thank you for a beautiful experience we will most definitely be back to enjoy the food and amazing experience.. all our love the Dennis family
The go to place on a weekly basis. Lovely food, drinks and shisha (which are reasonably priced). The customer service is consistently amazing, whether it’s checking in to see if we are all ok, or even for a general coal change. Delightful Dilek deserves a raise lol. She always looks after us when visit the lounge. Definitely a place to recommend to others if you fancy a nice meal/shisha/vibes.
Went for friends' birthday dinner. Good menu and fulfilling portion of meals. Shisha flavours are good, too. Staff was friendly. Only if they had played birthday song when the cake was bought out would have been icing on top
The food is very good. The shisha is ok, but one of good ones I had in London. I am still looking for a place in London where they make shisha like in Kyrgyzstan:)

First time here and I was blown away with the excellent customer service. The shisha was on point, the food was delicious. The employees of this establishment should be proud for making me feel welcome and checking on me to see if the shisha was good. Highly recommend anyone to try this.
